S"Stupid isA Durham, North Carolina restaurant with a sign on its front door reading, “No Weapons, No Concealed Firearms,” was robbed at gunpoint on May 19.
“Stupid is as stupid does…” This was not even an issue until activists carrying big and to the uneducated, scary looking rifles entered the restaurant in a demonstration of their “right” to open carry. As far as I can tell, the restaurant had no weapons policy before this demonstration of stupidity. I support the right to bear arms, but not there IS no right to displays of stupidity that scare people. This was brought on, in my opinion, by IRresponsible gun owners who just set back the rights of fellow respectable, and respectful gun owners in their community by light years.
