It’s completely insane in a country that allows its civilian citizens to own firearms to make it illegal for military personnel living on a military base to own firearms. Not even in Canada, where our gun laws are already much stricter than in the USA, do we prevent our TRAINED military personnel from owning firearms. The rest of the world must be completely baffled, by now! This is the THIRD mass shooting on a US military base IN THE USA, since 2009. It’s completely nuts when veterans survive in active war zones, only to be shot on their own base, at home.
