Dave Cottrell’s insight:

If the USA decides to bring in a firearm registry, with over 300million firearms in the USA, it will break the bank.  In Canada, it overran the original estimates of cost by over 800 percent, as I recall.  The present Canadian government has scrapped this ineffective and incredibly expensive failure.
