In spite of being found in conflict of interest by the Connecticut Supreme Court under an antitrust suit brought by the Connecticut Attorney General in 2006, the IDSA continues to refuse to update its outdated, unscientific, unethical, illegal and badly flawed protocol for Lyme testing, diagnosis, treatment and insurable claim period.
